What You'll Get
Golf is so beloved because it combines two of humankind's favorite things--hitting stuff and driving on someone else's lawn. Play through with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $75 for a 90-minute custom fitting of a single club category (a $150 value)
- $149 for a three-hour custom fitting of all club categories (a $300 value)
Club categories include metal woods, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, wedges, and putters. Golfers should check in with the pro shop approximately 15 minutes prior to their appointment with their current set of golf clubs in tow. Swinging with the current clubs allows the pro to see how they influence shot patterns, swing tendencies, and overall game development. After checking in, the pro arranges for a warm-up session on the driving range. Dark-colored, close-fitting golf attire is recommended, as motion-capture cameras are particularly sensitive to white and bright colors, decorative designs, and jewelry.

About TaylorMade Performance Lab at Willows Run Golf Club
One of just 23 TaylorMade Performance Labs in the world, the location at Willows Run Golf Club uses modern swing technology to gather data about golfers’ games, resulting in club recommendations that are uniquely suited to each player. A certified TaylorMade Club-Fitting Professional guides athletes through the entire experience. While the client swings inside a golf simulator, the pro helms the Motion Analysis Technology by TaylorMade, an apparatus comprised of six high-speed cameras. These cameras turn the golfer into a three-dimensional digital rendering, similar to the process used by video-game developers. Whether a customer opts for fitting with all 14 clubs in his or her bag or a single category—such as irons, woods, putters, or wedges—the technology captures their mechanics down to a tenth of a degree, revealing optimal club parameters ranging from loft angle to shaft flex.
