Every local community has a story, a history, and a unique personality that cannot be replicated. This is often thanks to specialized, small-scale businesses, like this one, which contribute to a neighborhood’s distinctive character and promote a thriving ecosystem in their community. Small, independent businesses offer diverse products and services, fostering economic resilience by removing the local economy’s dependence on a single industry. When you buy local, you build local, and deepen your connection to your own community.

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
PERSONAL ATTENTION! There's no need to worry about being at the same pace as another client and you'll know that you are working on the exact things you need to. You will also build awareness of your own body that you never knew before! It's just you and me, babe!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Lots of laughter (keeps the abs engaged!) and a wonderful mix of challenge and release, all with education thrown in about your body so you can take the information outside of the studio.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
It is my passion to help clients understand how to do things correctly, and not throw themselves into movement and ve sorry later with an inury. It's all about quality over quantity, and trust me, it's HARDER! I couldn't help but start my own business to help people with this!
What do you love most about your job?
My clients. They always amaze and inspire me. From the teenager looking to gain more flexiility for cheerleading to the 77 year old who Is doing inversion work on the cadillac, I firmly believe that anything is possible!
