Tazzina di Gelato
Tazzina di Gelato may translate to "little cup of gelato", but it's hard to keep from ordering the largest cup they've got. That's thanks to the talents of chef Peter Miller; the master gelato maker trained in Bologna, Italy, and uses Old-World techniques to craft recipes infused with inventive, local ingredients. He takes inspiration from the garden as well as the bar, developing a rotating list of flavors that's included everything from raspberry-beet and prickly pear to whiskey and strawberry-champagne. There's sorbetto on scoop, as well, and baristas who blend espresso drinks, italian sodas, and gelato shakes (but not all together because that would be gross).
