Q:

After you complete the 8 fundamental classes, does your 2 month membership start after that, or does it start when you begin your first fundamental class?

Vanessa E.  asked on  Aug 9, 2012

A:

In reality it is a 3 month time line collectively. The fundamental meet at 7:30 every night and Sunday at Noon. We are adding an 8:30 pm Monday thru Thurs as well. Your time line starts when you activate through our website so realistically you have an entire month to complete 8 classes and then 2 moths of UNLIMITED Crosssfit. So its a 3 month total timeline. If you finish your fundamentals in 2 weeks you have 2 weeks and 2 months of unlimited Crossfit.

Christine M.  asked on  Aug 10, 2012

Unfortunately not. One certificate per person.

Q:

BUYER BEWARE! I have done Crossfit at TBC: started as a groupon and even signed up after (paid full price). Thought it was run very poorly! Too many people in one class. Also, the owner, Carrie, treated groupons as though they were less than those who paid full price. There are TONS of crossfit boxes in SA. I would shop around!

A  asked on  Aug 10, 2012

A:

I am sorry your experience was uncharacteristic of most.

Q:

In the past few years I have attended a few different CrossFit/ Group training type gyms. I enjoy these types of programs best and I'd like to think that I have learned most of the basics. However, I've found that every gym is different and offer a variety of exercise techniques. I'm just worried that I might waste time and money on the fundamental courses. How will you or I be able to verify that I will qualify for the level two Groupon? Please advise. Thank you

AMANDA D.  asked on  Aug 9, 2012

A:

Perfecting technique is never a waste of time or money. The biggest room in the world is room for improvement. I still do drills with Foundational movements when I train. Its called virtuosity! The ability to do the common uncommonly well!

Q:

what are the 8 fundamental classes and do they have a certain schedule? ie - would one be able to start next week and finish them by the end of august?) If I purchase the eight fundamental classes and two months of unlimited CrossFit classes, do the 2 months start after we complete the 8 fundamental classes?
