I'm having a wonderful time working out and staying in shape. The instructor is very personable and involved with his students. The class is outdoors which provides a beautiful view of the ocean and much needed fresh air. I highly recommend it!!

Carlos the trainer is awesome! He is a tough trainer and works you hard. Even though it is tough he cares about you and encourage's you to go further which is what I needed. He makes training a lot of fun. Makes me not want to miss a class. If you are looking for a great workout and fun with a bunch of great people. Join team fitmonster.
