Team Impact offers a wide variety of classes including Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Wrestling and more! Our instructors are nationally certified, and provide a fun, safe and "ego free" training environment.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring?
To get started all you need is to bring yourself and a mouth guard. There are no other immediate pieces of equipment needed to get started.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
At Team Impact we have a passion for teaching students of all ages the art of defending themselves, increasing physical fitness and developing life long relationships!

What do you love most about your job?
As an instructor...I LOVE to see the transformation of a student both physically and mentally...it's wonderful to see them develop their skill sets and increase their confidence. ~ Mark Barrett - Owner
