Instructors incinerate calories with a blend of traditional workout techniques and martial-arts-based classes. They teach R.I.P.P.E.D. courses, which blend an intense cardio routine with weightlifting and resistance training of increasing difficulty. Fitness-kickboxing and tae kwon do classes engage the legs, some of the largest muscle masses in the body, to consume loads of stored energy. Team Mix Fit

Founding their quest for fitness in the martial arts, Team Mix Fit teaches kickboxing and taekwondo, supplementing the combat training with classic conditioning classes.
