Head brewer Tim Schmidt is no brewing novice. At his previous operation, Blue Tractor Brewery, he created 45 beers that received ratings of 85 or higher from the Beer Tasting Institute. Now calling the shots at Tecumseh Brewing Company, Schmidt's ever evolving brew list of 300 beers in three years and over 240 different styles offers a unique and authentic experience in every visit. With 15 brews currently on tap, he pairs these inventive beers with a menu of hot Italian sandwiches, tacos, and bleu-cheese burgers, just to name a few.
