What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our founder looked for a job in the Information Technology industry after college, but couldn't find a company whose business practices and philosophy matched his, so he started this company with his vision of what Information Technology should be.

What do you love most about your job?
We love working with people, face to face. We love finding solutions, or even creating new things to solve a problem. And of course, we love technology and being able to play with and install the newest gadgets.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
It was a reaction - a lawyer spent a long time working on a very long contract when her computer shut down from a power outage. She called us when she couldn't find her file, thinking that all her work was gone. After some digging, we restored the file, and she screamed from excitement.
