How Often Should I Get My Dog Groomed?

  • Dogs with long or easily matted coats: every 6 weeks
  • Long-haired breeds that require less upkeep (such a collies): every 8 weeks
  • Shorter-haired dogs that only require a bath and nail trim: every 3 months
  • When it doubt, ask us or your vet to recommend a grooming schedule!

I can’t say enough good things about Doggie Spa! Making an appointment was a breeze, and the staff welcomed us with genuine warmth. From the moment we walked in, I felt like my fur baby was in great hands. The service was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated. Kasey, our groomer, worked wonder, my girl’s fur was left incredibly silky and shiny. It was clear that Kasey took her time and truly cared about making the experience positive. This was my fur baby’s first visit to a groomer, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Thank you to everyone at Doggie Spa for making her first grooming such a wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch care for their pup!
