Q:

Is TenOak still forcing all Groupon users to pay an 18% automatic gratuity? I got this deal last time it was offered, and discovered when the bill was dropped that an auto-grat had been added to the bill, even though I was only in a party of two. Our server told us that it's the restaurant's policy to add 18% gratuity to all tables using a Groupon...even though it was NOT included in the fine print.

Sorry for the issue with the gratuity. We are looking into the issue. I can also inform you that we are making sure no servers can auto grat tabs. This resturant is reported as closed on several comsumer websites. Has it reopened?? If so is this the same location and the same people running it? If under new owners the food could be different. Thanks, MT

We have not close nor have we ever shut down since its opening 3 years ago. If you don't mind can you tell me where it is saying this so I can address it?
