Q:

i want to know is this b10 injection that help you take off the pounds.

Sheila A.  asked on  Oct 18, 2012

A:

While the amino acids in the solution and the mB12 can support your metabolism, this is not a "weight loss" injection. If you feel better and have more energy, perhaps sticking to a diet and exercising more will result, leading to losing a few extra pounds.

Q:

Is the methyl B12 compounded in a lab (like LabCorp) and kept in dark?

Laurie H.  asked on  Oct 17, 2012

A:

Great question, Laurie. The mB12 is purchased/shipped from a compounding pharmacy and arrives in the proper/industry standard packaging. Even after the syringe is prepared in room for each treatment, it is covered up, so the materials are being handled as sensitively as possible by the trained technicians. I hope this helps!

Q:

Do you accept United Healthcare insurance? (are you in their network)

Katherine R.  asked on  Oct 17, 2012

A:

We do not participate with insurance companies, but help you to get reimbursed by your carrier. We complete a HCFA form after an office visit. All you need to do is put a stamp on the envelop and mail it. After your annual deductible has been met, most patients are reimbursed 40-50% of the service fees.

Q:

i have a concern. I purchased a groupon for All Pro Window Cleaning for $69. I have been trying for over 2 months to schedule an appointment. My messages are not returned. I did reach a gentleman one time, he told me to send him an email and he would get in touch with me with a time and date. That was 6 weeks ago. I have been calling every week since then. I would like to be credited for this money. The groupon expires on 11/14

mary g.  asked on  Oct 15, 2012

A:

I'm sorry that you are having difficulties. You need to direct your concern to Groupon customer service.
