I’ve been shopping around and $260 is pretty steep for an initial visit for a small home (1300 sq ft). New to area and was quoted less than half the price by other companies. I guess I should’ve done more research but to charge $260 on Groupon, then send an invoice receipt of $115 after the service doesn’t make much sense to me. Just wish that another visit was included In that price for our home.
