Great prices for high quality and trusted products! Someone commented on the added shipping but come on! $8 for shipping something to a very distant part of the US is very reasonable. 100% satisfied with Terpen and with Groupon. Thanks to both companies!

Great customer service called me directly to fix a problem I was having with gift card

Impossible to get in touch with if you have a problem, but when given a rating, they took care of of my problem and actually gave me a phone number. The email that they have to contact them comes back as undeliverable. They did contact me and they took care of my frustration so it's one star for my initial experience and 5 stars for the eventual result which averages to the 3 stars that I've given it.
