What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Everything we make is fresh & homemade. Nothing is frozen and we never ever use a microwave oven. Our recipes come from old world Sicily and Italy and have been handed down from generation to generation. We don't prepare food days in advance just to heat up. Our spaghetti sauce is made every day.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
Nonna's Spaghetti is one of the most popular items. It is a big plate of spaghetti with a hard boiled egg and a potato. This came from the old days when meat was too expensive but they still wanted a protein. So they used an egg. The potato in the sauce cuts the acid of the tomato.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being able to share the food I grew up eating with the people of New Hampshire.
What do you love most about your job?
I love baking our own fresh desserts.
