What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

Tesloop’s mission is to enable its community of travelers to create an amazing shared travel experience that is safe, convenient and sustainable. We are inspired to utilize the most advanced technologies and focus on continually improving the service while adding increasing value for our customers..

What do you love most about your job?

We're really excited about the response so far to sustainable transportation. We have a lot customer loyalty, with about a third of the seats going to repeat customers. Once people experience Tesloop, they start to realize that compared to flying, electric road transportation has a lot of advantages.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

We appreciate when our passengers tell us our service transforms how they travel from city-to-city. We love seeing their reactions when they first get into one of our vehicles and the reviews we have received validate what we set out to do. Here is one of our favorites, "I live in Los Angeles. My work takes me to Palm Springs every two weeks. Thanks to Tesloop, I leave my car behind and hop a ride in one of their Teslas. I arrive refreshed, ready to go.
