Q:

How would this work exactly? For instance I dont know spanish, but i could teach english to hispanic children???? And I could teach in the public schools in the USA without further education or licensing needed??

tammy p.  asked on  Jul 11, 2013

A:

If you want to teach in a public school in Canada or the US, a certification course such as theirs may not be sufficient because the local school board may require you have a TESOL diploma instead, which takes 2-3 years to complete. If however you are interested in working in a private school or any school abroad, their course will be more than sufficient to give you the qualifications you need to get the job.
