Thank you for your query. TESOLS is not a school in the traditional sense; as is noted on our website our business is mainly providing online curriculum for existing brick and mortar schools. That being said, where we saw the need for TESOL we acted, first in developing the materials, posting them on our incredibly stable Course Management System, and delivering the course to teachers at home and all around the world. In the year that we have been offering TESOL we have been unable to seek recognition in Canada just yet list but we are Institutional members of IATEFL (http://www.iatefl.org/ Membership# 23323) and are on the list of applicant members for accreditation at ACTDEC (http://www.actdec.org.uk/members.shtml). Though we cannot guarantee every employer would accept this, (some might be looking for one focus more than another-they might be looking for country/culture specific training or work experience for instance) we are certain the curriculum follows a standard that would generally be accepted by employers worldwide. You should be fine where ever you go.
I hope this addresses your concerns.
