Q:

The course is for my wife, that's why I'm asking about the level she needs, and another question for example level 3 (to put numbers to levels) has the same clasess as level 6? how does it work?

ricardo b.  asked on  Jan 30, 2013

A:

The certification level is not something that in Canada is demarcated by numbers such as Level I, II, III, IV and so on. What I can say is that this is a Specialist Course of 150 hours in duration.

Q:

I suppose "is it accredited" is another way of asking my question. Will it offer a respectable certificate? I know the fine print says it's internationally recognized, but by whom? Kind regards, Danielle

Danielle J.  asked on  Jan 29, 2013

A:

We are recognized by the English Language Teachers Society of Canada (http://elts.ca/schools/) and The Canadian Association of Second Language Teachers (http://caslt.org/members/members-structure-institutional-current_en.php), are Institutional members of IATEFL (http://www.iatefl.org/ Membership# 23323) and are on the list of applicant members for accreditation at ACTDEC (http://www.actdec.org.uk/members.shtml) If you decide TESOL is desirable for you, we really hope you choose us to be your service provider.

Q:

Is this course reconized by the North Carolina Department of Public Instructions (NCDPS)?

Duane C.  asked on  Jan 28, 2013

A:

You need to check with your district to see if it is, but there is no reason why it shouldn't be if all you need is a certification course.
