Tessa has around 4000 hours of study, and 10 years of practice in many different massage modalities. Ranging from Swedish, Thai, Sports, Multiple medical modalities, and Lymphatic drainage. She has worked in both Spas and Chiropractic offices, making her massage very well rounded. Her experience in both settings has helped her to better understand what is necessary for each clients functional needs.

Tessa's specialty is Medical Massage with Deep tissue and Swedish massage integrated to sooth and relax your mind and your muscles. Typically your massage will be focused on individual muscle groups surrounding each joint or problem area in order to help with mobility and range of motion.
