Horrible Horrible Horrible!! I never leave reviews, but not letting this one slide. This company came out and wanted to charge me an extra $175!! Groupon stated up to 250sf. 2 of the 3 rooms had furniture with hardly any carpet showing and 1 was empty. Not even close to 250sf of carpet to be cleaned, but they measured the whole room! I refused their service. DO NOT BUY THIS GROUPON!!! ZERO STARS!!

I am completely dissatisfied with this company. They over charged me and did not do a good job. I paid $44.50 for the Groupon coupon. After the technician arrived, he said I would have pay an additional $100.00 because it was over 10 ft. After I complained and ask to speak to his manager, he agreed to accept $75.00. He was only here for about 15 minutes. He did nothing outside, sat in front of the fireplace and vacuumed. I would not recommend this company.
