This was my first arieal yoga experience. It was okay. The silks weren't comfortable when hanging from them. The mat underneath was not clean or wiped down before use. The silk had stinch as well. Overall, the experience was okay.

Andrea Quintero is a wonderful coach! We had zero experience and she was patient and encouraging in teaching us beginners! We bought a package and are looking forward to the next class.

Really comfortable and fun environment to learn. The owners really take their time in working with you. I went to the beginner class with no prior training whatsoever and Andrea made it very fun and I got a lot out of my first class. By the end of it I was able to do a few cool tricks! I didn't want it end! I can't wait to go back (:

OMG it was beyond a great experience me and my niece went and had a blast! A bit nervous but the instructor Andrea was amazing, supportive, and a great "hype girl" if I must say! She knew how to multi task, was very consistent with sanitation, and professional! Regardless of the age group, trying a new experience just once, or maybe training up your experience level this is the place to be!!

The class was fun and a good workout. The instructor was nice and helpful
