What You'll Get
Exercise is more fun in a group setting, much like trust falls, human pyramids, and singing "99 Bottles of Beer" in its entirety. Get your sweat on with a gaggle of peers with today's Groupon: for $59, you get admission to a five-week No Excuses boot camp at Texas Fit Chicks Boot Camp, valid at the Central Frisco, East Frisco, Prosper, McKinney, Plano, and Allen locations (a $199 value). Though each No Excuses boot camp meets three times a week for one-hour sessions, the time varies at each location.
The all-female, seasoned trainers of Texas Fit Chicks Boot Camp lead cadres of women through varied, intense workouts designed to melt away fat and increase muscle strength. Before the initial workout, instructors evaluate participants' body-fat percentage and measurements. Once immersed in their fitness regime, camp attendees can burn up to 600 calories in each 60-minute session, which utilizes kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, and body weight to strengthen sinews and train biceps for cinder-block juggling. Fit Chicks' musclesmiths demonstrate each exercise at three levels—beginner, intermediate, and advanced—ensuring a challenging class for every exerciser.
Each camper has access to a free five-week meal plan outlined by a nutritionist to help send pertinacious pounds packing. Postcamp, the instructors re-measure participants, assessing their weight, inches, and knowledge of sitcom theme songs. Some of Fit Chicks' former charges have experienced weight loss of up to 10 pounds, or up to 10 inches, after the five-week boot-camp session.

About Fit Chick Training
After shedding the extra pounds that came along with hypothyroidism and three pregnancies, Melody Chandler founded Fit Chick Training—also known as Texas Fit Chicks and Oklahoma Fit Chicks—to share her weight-loss strategies and support other women. During boot camp fitness classes, the all-female staff of certified personal trainers helps exercisers with full-body workouts. In an effort to challenge muscle memory, the team shakes up full-body workout regimens by using different techniques and equipment—including kettlebells, resistance bands, and lead sweatpants—each day. Melody’s team also helps exercisers retain their results by supplying nutrition support with meal plans and recipes that use healthy ingredients.
