Not all true,,she had four hours of cleaning, I told her from the beginning, things I always discuss with all my Custormors frist before I get started working for them, it’s normal most of the time for me to focus on the custermers cleaning needs in the kitchen because kitchens usually take the most time to clean, and she ask for me to start in her bath rooms frist because her dad would be sleeping up stairs because he had to go to work,, so I did! I told her from the beginning that we would not have time to do all she was needing., by time I was done in the bath rooms, she was wanting all blinds cleaned down stairs,along with floors ,and fridge cleaned on the outside,, indoor, outdoor sliding doors in the kitchen,,I told her I was going to do blinds that were in the kitchen along with the floors, and what ever else I could get done before we ran out of time! I cleaned from 11:30 to 3:30 she was upset that I didn’t get to her inside ,and out sliding kitchens doors, and fridge,I told her several times, frist on the phone, and in person that if she wanted to add more time she could,,,and I would even give her a discount on my hourly rate! It seemed like she understood how the whole groupon, and my services worked untill she ran out of time!! She was so mad that I did not basically give her whole home a deep clean in four hours!!
