I had an amazing experience with TX Tint! From start to finish, they were extremely professional, kind, and accommodating. They did an excellent job tinting my entire vehicle — a 4-door Kia Sentra — and the results were flawless. The whole process took around 2 hours or less, which was impressively fast for a full car tint. Since I work from home, they even went above and beyond by graciously dropping me off at a nearby Starbucks while the work was being done. That kind of thoughtful customer service really stood out to me. I went with 35% tint all around and opted to upgrade the back windows to 5%, and everything was explained clearly and handled smoothly. Had my 2023 Elantra Hybrid fully tinted with nano ceramic (35% sides + 70% windshield) and I’m very happy with the results. The Groupon deal covered just the 35% on five windows, but they were able to accommodate the 70% ceramic film on the front windshield for an additional charge, which I appreciated. No hidden fees and everything was clearly communicated up front. The installers were punctual, cordial, and efficient. Communication through text messages was clear, professional, and to the point. They came to my place, completed the job unattended, and let me know as soon as they were done. Post-install instructions were explained clearly, which made the process easy. They even cleaned the exterior of my car afterward, which was a thoughtful touch. The only minor issue was a few dirt marks left behind from towels that likely weren’t fresh, but it was an easy cleanup on my end. Overall, a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. Great value, quality materials, and solid workmanship. Highly recommend.
