First the spork revolutionized the utensil, and now Thai Burrito is changing our views on international cuisine. The chefs combine Thai and Mexican food, whipping up Thai tacos and burritos stuffed with pad thai noodles, garlic tofu, and all the ingredients found in hot and sour soup. The nachos eschew salsa and guacamole for a spicy panang curry topping with peppers and citrus leaves. Of course, the chefs also offer traditional Thai dishes, including chicken with spicy basil leaves, pad thai, and pineapple fried rice served on a plate or in a goblet.
