Hello, my name is Ciera and I am the owner of That Girl Hairstyling. I have been doing Blowouts for almost a decade and absolutely love it! I started as a stylist in a blowout bar and worked my way up to managing until I finally was able to go out and start my own business and it has been the best decision ever.
