Chef Joshua David brings his own cooking utensils and local ingredients to each three- to four-hour in-home class, where he teaches students how to prepare a salad, entree, and dessert. Hosts choose one of each from the sample menu for their class. For additional fees, customers can add on to their packages and make an appetizer, pair the meal with wine ($20+/bottle), or add extra guests ($30/person), among other options that can be arranged with the chef. The chef also cleans up the space after each lesson.
Combining family recipes with dishes he concocted himself, Chef Joshua Davis crafts a wealth of eats for private, in-home fine dining. Along with ingredients sourced from local farmers' markets and his own garden, he brings his own kitchen utensils to clients' homes or events to craft meals ranging from Sunday brunches to hors d'oeuvres for large soirees. He can customize each dish around health concerns, making modifications for guests with food allergies or other dietary requirements without sacrificing flavor. When he's not cooking for clients, Chef Joshua teaches in-home classes, where students discover how to craft gourmet meals and pull rabbit confit out of their chef's hats.
