Q:

I signed up for THE ABBEY $15.99. I have a Groupon credit of $45.00. BUT the Groupon never appeared in my account?

Diane D.  asked on  Oct 16, 2013

A:

You should receive an email soon after purchasing your Groupon. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it's possible it wound up in a spam folder, so be sure to check there.

You can find and print your Groupons by logging into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons" in the drop-down menu that appears.

After you’ve reached that page, click “View Voucher” to open your Groupon in a new tab. To print, just click "Print Voucher".

Q:

Do I need to redeem everything from the dinner for two option like the wine and starters? Instead of the wine can I get drinks under $7.50?

grace c.  asked on  Oct 11, 2013

A:

Hi grace. Each option is for the items included, and cannot be modified. I think the best bet if you want to order whatever you would like is the $15.99 for $30 option; it has fewer restrictions.
