People are different in so many different ways, and it’s no surprise we don’t all always react the same way to certain foods. At Eating for Meaning, a workshop led by naturopathic physician Millennia Ruth Lytle at the New York Society for Ethical Culture, you’ll learn how to listen to your own body and identify clues to figure out if what you’re eating is right for you. You’ll learn the virtues of certain foods, and what that means for your own health and well-being. You’ll unlock unconscious beliefs about your body’s metabolism. In short, you’ll learn how to bring joy back into eating and your life.
