So the staff does not speak English from what I could tell. I was put in a room for at least 15 minutes before she came back with no explanation although I think she was finishing her lunch which you could smell over the entire place. She didn't seem like she knew what she was doing, sort of erratic. As a former masseuse and therapist, I know you are never supposed to take both hands off of a client at any time and she did this over and over.
