The Alamo Grill
Though The Alamo Grill focuses on dishes native to Mexico, many of its ingredients come from nearby. This fresh produce and meat form the base of hearty dinner platters such as the molcajete, a traditional Mexican specialty made of steak, chicken, and grilled cactus served with rice, beans, guacamole, and other accoutrements. Diners can also choose from classic standbys such as enchiladas, nachos, and tacos, as well as American-inspired fusion dishes like the wild california burrito, which packs together steak or chicken with peppers, onions, rice, cheese, beans, and spicy red sauce in an extra-large flour tortilla. American classics such as Philly cheese steaks, Reubens, and a variety of burgers are also popular menu items. As for libations, guests can pair their meals with beers on tap, margaritas, or water if they're feeling adventurous.
