The experience was the best that I have experienced since my journey with waxing. The space was inviting and clean. She explained the full process, gave breathing techniques to help with any discomfort since it had been years. I left feeling better than ever. I have been in need of a new trustworthy and reliable esthetician and I can confidently say I have found one in Tricia! It's always a tad anxiety inducing when searching for a new tech through Groupon but I'm glad to say I made a great choice. I've been getting waxed for about 4 years now and my experience here today goes unmatched. From the soothing & aesthetically pleasing set up of the room, to her calming tone as she explained her process, there were so many factors that made my first time here a memorable one. As a first time client, I love that she gave a short synopsis of her extensive experience/background, as this was extremely comforting, and her work definitely showed for that. She was very detailed in addressing my concerns and questions. She took care and wasn't rushing through. She ensured that I was comfortable and that the process was as painless as a wax can be :D She didn't bombarde me with products but instead made targeted suggestions based on my concerns and her professional opinion. Typically, I have to decline because places will offer these super expensive products after you just spent over $50 but the price and pitch of what she offers were too good to pass up on. As we were chatting, she encouraged me to follow my goals and do what I want/love, & used herself as an example. It's clear that she's not only mastered her craft, but genuinely enjoys it and I am so happy I stumbled upon this wonderful woman. I look forward to returning as a regular!!
