Hole up away from home in something that is neither a hole nor your home with today's Groupon. For $59, you'll get a cozy garden room at The Arbor Inn, a quaint bed and breakfast in Prescott, Wisconsin, just 35 minutes outside of the Twin Cities. The "Travel Green" destination follows eco-friendly practices, such as recycling, using cloth napkins and high-efficiency washing machines, and taking a little time each day just to think about the planet and really appreciate how complex it is. It's the perfect romantic couples retreat after a long week of arguing about whether or not Roger Clemens could throw a baseball through a wedding cake.
A kitschy quilted pillow-top queen bed, cozy breakfast nook, and crafty accents will make you feel like you're having a slumber party at Snow White's cottage, minus the lecherous dwarves. Smartly spy on the whistling wintry mixes outside while you toss specialty bath salts into the extra deep whirlpool tub for a soothing soak. Afterward, slip into plush robes and sneak into the dining room for a snack. The romantic retreat also features a four-course gourmet breakfast.
The historic hideaway, built in 1902, is an ideal year-round escape and has its own certified massage therapist on site. If you want to upgrade your stay, choose the hide-a-way room for $10, the upstairs longworth room for $30, or the swoony silhouette room, complete with its own hot tub on a private patio for star gazing and champagne sipping, for $40.
There's a one-night stay limit. If you want to upgrade to a more expensive room, mention it while placing your reservation.

Droves of people are crossing the river into Wisconsin on rafts made of antique globes to stay at The Arbor Inn Bed and Breakfast. Forty-seven TripAdvisors give it a nearly unanimous five stars for a 100% recommendation rating:
- The Arbor Inn in Prescott, WI, is just the sort of romantic getaway that my husband and I were looking for. We stayed in the Hide-A-Way room, it was cozy, private and equipped with a whirlpool tub. John and Deb were the perfect host and hostess, the breakfast was delivered to our room in 4 courses, and was superb!! – reedmn
- My husband and I arrived on our motorcycles and were given the garage door opener to the owners garage to park our bikes. The Inn was well kept with a manicured lawn, 2-3 screened in porches and our room was on the second floor with a private balcony overlooking the St. Croix River. The 5 star breakfast was the absolute best – MotorcycleMama48
