At The Art Studio NY, which was featured on Kourtney & Kim Take New York, students learn how to express their creative sides in a relaxed and inspiring setting. During each session, a professional artist and instructor guides students through the process of creating their own recreation of an existing painting, such as van Gogh’s “Starry Night” or Picasso’s “Cubist Portrait.”

Students can choose from the BYOB Wine and Painting class and the BYOB Pastel Painting class. Check the schedule for class times. Classes include all supplies except a canvas, and discounted canvases are available for purchase at the studio.

Internationally exhibited contemporary painter Rebecca Schweiger could let her dreamy forest landscapes and densely textured abstract oils speak for themselves. Schweiger's work with pupils in locations from Costa Rica to Israel to Texas inspired her to open her own studio, where she and her team of instructors lead students through more than 70 workshops and classes for all ages in painting and drawing landscapes and tastefully nude fruit.
