Lauded by Eater as a spot for Denver's best fried chicken, The BSide pays homage to old-school classics by preparing them even better than you remember. The signature fried chicken, for one, is coconut milk-brined, dredged in gluten-free flour, pressure-fried, and served with a seasonal side and dessert on a classic TV-dinner tray. Bites yield a satisfying shatter from the crisp breading and tender, juicy meat just below. All that work is a testament to BSide's food credo: "nostalgic classics turned up a notch." Brunch is also offered at The BSide, sporting a menu very distinct from their regular one. And with 30 rotating taps and 30 types of cans, beer and cider drinkers know their needs are taken care of too. This is in addition to the craft cocktails list and draft cocktails available, of course.
