What do you love most about your job?
Saving people from making choices that they would have regretted by not doing their research. It is more than just a "google" search!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We saved a landlord from renting to three tenants with repeat evictions and extensive drug dealing history. He used an "on line" service and they found no information. He took advantage of a special we offered and now is a regular customer!
