The Bar Method is a high intensity, non-impact, full-body workout that blends interval training, isometrics, dance conditioning, and elements of physical therapy. The classes help clients improve their physiques and mindsets at the west Plano studio led by owner Marin Haggard, a seasoned instructor who studied under The Bar Method's founder Burr Leonard 10 years ago in Los Angeles. Each session helps clients achieve flatter abs, toned arms, and slimmer thighs with improved flexibility and energy, all while keeping joints safe.
