I didn't even know that electrolysis was still a thing. I had this back, like, 35 years ago after giving birth to two male children in a row (they gave me a boost of testosterone). I only had a few stragglers until the pandemic. While I was sick with COVID-19 I was prescribed strong doses of oral prednisone. Here is where I learned that steroids cause facial hair in women. I grew a full goatee. Happily, The Bearded Lady popped up in my Groupon feed. I jumped on the special and bought the most intense package. On my first visit my tech was lovely and made me feel at ease and welcome. Her treatment was fairly painless, and she completely eradicated the entire beard and the few I have on my upper lip. I'm going back in a week to attack any new whiskers. I will keep this up until I am beard free. I am pleased to recommend The Bearded Lady!

My experience was exceptional, starting with the courteous receptionist, to the service provided by Kate! She thoroughly explained the procedure and answered any additional questions I had. I would highly recommend this business and look forward to returning myself.

This was my first time receiving a service of this nature. I had no idea what to expect or how anything worked. Katie the owner was fantastic, she took the time to explain everything in detail, her salon is clean and beautiful. The service itself was a good experience. And I will be going back.
