Bulky upper-body muscles might have hindered early humans who had to chase their prey across the plains, but it could help those who often had to climb trees to adjust their satellite dishes. That’s why the body builds muscle according mostly to use: do enough curls, and the biceps expand. For medical reasons I have not been able to work out for a coulee years! Today I went to Frenchy's class at the Beat Fitness and loved it! I will have to pace myself so what I was able to accomplish today at the Beat was pure joy!!!
