Gina, was professional and knew exactly what I wanted! I wanted highlights and she gave me exactly that! She gave me great tips on how to give my hair the best care without trying to go broke. She also didn't try to up sell any of her products. She's been at that Sola Salon Studios for 8 years, so she's well established. I'm going back for a Brazilian blowout and root retouch after Easter!

I purchased a Brazilian blowout. It was pretty hard to get an appointment and respond. She instructed me on the phone and while I was getting the service that the blowout only smooths your hair not straighten it. which is fine I have had many blowouts before so I know what to expect and how my hair reacts. Unfortunately she barely use any of the product so it didn't do anything. waste of $$

I arrived on time but couldn't get in nor contact stylist through the intercom system. I had to text her that I had arrived then waited some more. She did warn me that the Brazilian Blowout would not straighen my hair but would relax the Frizz. I had 2 Brazilian Blowouts before from other locations and they worked Great! So I took a chance. Well like she said, hair not straight, looks the same!

I would not recommend this to anyone. She hadn’t written down my appt. When I got there for 130 appt. she didn’t know I was coming & had booked a friend @ 2. She pushed her friend back to 230. She was rushed to try & get mine done. Didn’t have enough time to do the last step. I was left to do it on my own @ home. Then had the nerve to charge me an additional $55. For a service not completed
