This is a great neighborhood shop with very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

What You'll Get

Bicycles, like puppies, love rolling around outside, freak out over every twig in the park, and track mud all over your bed when trying to cuddle. Keep lovable two-wheelers in good working order with today’s Groupon to The Bicycle Business. Choose between the following options:

  • For $35, you get a basic bike tune-up (a $75 value).
  • For $25, you get $50 worth of cycling gear and accessories.

For nearly 40 years, The Bicycle Business has saddled up those serious about street steeds with a variety of products and services for fixed-gear, touring, transportation, and road bikes. Customers can dust off a forgotten velocipede pal and hand it over to the shop's savvy techs for an in-depth resuscitation of wheels, brakes, cables, hubs, and handlebars, as well as a lubrication of essential moving parts. The basic tune-up ensures sturdiness and safety for easy pedaling through a town's main drag or house of mirrors.

Shoppers can also check out The Bicycle Business's selection of apparel and accessories, and ask questions of a knowledgeable, cycle-centric staff. A Planet Bike Blaze 2 Watt LED ($45.95) illuminates night spins, and a Crane Suzu bell ($13.95) alerts pedestrians, taxis, and duck-shaped boats of your presence. Would-be cyclists may apply the value of this deal toward a complete stock bicycle ($300–$8,000) or begin a custom build from the asphalt up with a set of hand-built wheels ($45+).
