What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I had friends with swimming pools that just kept getting horrible service from pool companies and kept hearing complaint after complaint so I decided to get into it so I could offer something different and actually help people.

What do you love most about your job? On the repair or remodel side for example I love taking something that is old or broken and changing it for the better and seeing that job come together.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? Had a customer bake 2 apple pies and bring them up to our office.
