The eight-week intro to yoga workshop meets Sundays from noon to 1 p.m. The intro to dance workshop meets on Saturdays from noon to 1 p.m. and focuses on sultry choreography that strengthens cores and boosts flexibility. <p>

The Body Boutique

Certified personal trainer Kim Allan founded The Body Boutique because she wanted to do more than train her clients—she wanted to help women feel beautiful and confident in their bodies. In that spirit, her fitness studio's classes blend traditional fitness and sensual movements to produce fit results. The boot camp, for example, is a calorie-torching floor workout that incorporates TRX resistance training, kettlebell work, and boxing while building lean muscle. Similarly, dance classes kick off with cardio warmups and segue seamlessly into sultry routines more enticing than performing a super, super slow Macarena. Yoga, Pilates-inspired classes, and personal training round out the studio's offerings, with a similar focus on toning and body confidence.
