Customers can attend their weekly clinic on Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m. (this start time may change as the distance increases). You should be able to run 8–10 kilometers before taking the marathon clinic.

In their quest to share their passion, they've created a professional club that trains everyone from fledgling joggers to veteran speed machines.

Clinics, classes, and personal training help them reach their goals, whether it's surpassing a personal best, moving from the asphalt to the trail, completing a marathon, or simply shedding pounds. The team includes experts who specialize in effective cross-training techniques, certified yoga instructors adept at deepening stretches and strengthening cores, experienced pacers, and nutritionists who help runners take it to new limits.
