No issues redeeming even an expired voucher. Everyone I met was friendly from reception to the instructors. It is a teaching institution so ask questions and advise them what procedure is best for you! Students may not be as efficient as the instructors as they learn so be patient and advise them of any discomfort. I interacted well with everyone while giving them every opportunity to learn.

It’s definitely takes longer than paying full price at a full service salon but it’s worth the value. Always have the pros watching and teaching and making sure all is good
