I gave 1 star because I can't give 0. This experience was a mess from the start. These people are impossible to get ahold of. We finally were able to book through Sarah but then the tour bus never showed up. THIS IS A SCAM!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY and do something else.

Unfortunately, we had to pause our campaign because some customers did not read the fine print and accused us of being a scam or an illegitimate company. In the fine print, it clearly states: 1. Ensure availability before booking the tour by visiting our website. 2. You need to book on our website when you purchase your ticket, as Groupon does not integrate with our booking system. 3. Bookings may be canceled if there are fewer than four customers on a tour. If you overlook any of these details and fault us, you will not receive a refund from Groupon. We also reserve the right to cancel tours 24 hours in advance, as stated in the fine print. We make every effort to communicate with customers via email, phone, and text when cancellations occur. In no way would we purposely ruin a person's activities; we are in this business because we love and enjoy hospitality. Thank you, Groupon, but we will not be returning as the ROI is not worth the headache.

I bought this back in October for a birthday trip in the beginning of November, we sat waiting for hours on our trip day and no one came cuz they didn’t get my order off Groupon even though we got email confirmations, was told they were going to issue a refund and never got it and turned it in to my credit card company and still no refund. The 4 of us never got to use our tour tickets.

I was super excited, scheduled my tour a few weeks in advance, and flew in from Seattle to celebrate my birthday. They cancelled the night before. Pretty bummed. Planned everything around it, so there is availablity to reschedule and their mail box was full.

I scheduled a few weeks in advance for my birthday trip to Colorado and received a call a few days in advance that my booking was being canceled for a private party.

Nancy, I find it quite surprising to see your review, especially after our positive conversations over the past two days. The private party reservation was made 60 days ago, and you were not bumped. There was a glitch in our software that allowed you to book, and I explained this in detail. I assured you that we would refund the $69 you paid through Groupon. We are committed to keeping our word and will contact Groupon to resolve this. However, giving us a 1-star review for a reservation we offered to reschedule and informed you of this five business days before your reservation, while also guaranteeing a refund, seems entirely unreasonable and disheartening because you received a refund.
