Following the takedown of a local drug lord, the inhabitants of Legacy Street struggle to hold on to what little they have left. MFA Playwriting candidate Lauren Jane Redmond's play explores both the human desperation for permanence and the forgotten voices of our cities. Watch as the lives of a drug kingpin, a dirty cop and a teenager haunted by her past all converge on one city street when this new play premieres at Hartke Theatre Complex at D.C.'s Catholic University.
