Choose Between Two Options
- $49 for a half-day meditation course for one (a $200 value)

Based on the centre's The Art of Being Alive program, the condensed four-hour course teaches participants mindful-meditation techniques that awaken the senses and calm the mind and body. The experienced instructors also help participants sleep better, control pain, improve work performance, and strengthen interpersonal relationships. Though this course is designed for beginners, it is still beneficial for more advanced practitioners. Customers should bring their own yoga mats or meditation cushions and wear comfortable clothes.
Classes are available on July 28 and August 11 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Please call for additional class dates.
