Q:

Hi. I had surgery to my shoulder on January 10. Are there physical requirements for your session? Ones that I might not be ready for? Mike J

Michael J.  asked on  Feb 5, 2013

A:

Hi Mike, the meditation class has no physical restrictions as far as your shoulder goes, If during class, you get tired of a seated position on a meditation cushion or yoga mat on the floor and wish you could lean back but cannot due to your arm, there are chairs you can switch too. And if you need to take some time to ice it or whatever the case may be, we can definitely accommodate. Hope to hear from you soon!

Q:

I see that this Groupon expires in June, so does that mean there will be other date options???? The dates listed do not work out so far for me but I am very interested in this. thanks.

Brandice M.  asked on  Feb 5, 2013

A:

The course times I have now, are enough to serve 80 people maximum. Right now with over three days to go I am almost at 40, but I do not think we will have enough people to warrant scheduling additional classes in April (never know though, we had 120 register last year.. That being said, I am always willing to mentor on one one outside of a Groupon situation. You can email me at info@quietthemind.ca for more details.

Q:

What are the dates and times?

Lorraine G.  asked on  Feb 3, 2013

A:

Hi Lorraine, sorry it took me so long to respond. The dates are March 9 and March 31st. There are two classes per day. The first class is 9am to 1pm and the second class is from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm. So, as of now, there are four classes available. Judging from the numbers the last time this class ran, I am sure we will not have to take away any of those options. I look forward to hearing from you soon! Namaste, Jason info@quietthemind.ca
